- 1 Cup Finely Shredded Coconut divided
- 1 Cup Almond or Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup Raw Honey
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 3 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, reserving 1/2 of the coconut in a separate bowl. Mix until well combined.Roll into balls and coat in the reserved coconut.Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate until chilled, then place in an air tight container.Store in fridge for up to one week.
