- 1 lb Ground Sausage
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 medium Russett Potatoes peeled & cubed
- 2 Cups Chopped Kale
- 2 Cans Cannellini or other white beans
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Sautee sausage in Instant Pot using sautee function. Cancel sautee mode when meat is browned. Add vegetables, beans, broth, and bay leaf. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Use natural release for 10 minutes, then manually release the rest of the way. Using a potato masher, slightly mash potatoes to create a creamier consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
