Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Milk or Dairy Free Milk of Choice
  • 1/4 Cup Kefir or Dairy Free Probiotic Yogurt drink Plain or flavored
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Berries frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 Banana sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey

Method
 

  1. Layer all ingredients in the order listed above into a 16oz (pint) glass jar.  Store in refrigerator overnight.  In the morning, just mix ingredients together and enjoy!  Can be stored for up to two days in the fridge.
